Entomophagous Cutlery

In a not too distant future, when our industrially farmed animals no longer provide us with the food security we need… where will we look for alternative protein sources? In this future what if instead of beef we had “meat” from crickets the size of cows? How would we deal with eating them? My work is an ongoing speculation of how the entomophagous human’s world would look; how would the consumption of insects affect the structure of their homes and restaurants? How would they look back on today and what would be their memories of the past?
